Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the United States is hiring a First (1st) Shift Forklift Operator to join a fast-paced warehouse team. You will load, unload, and move stock using stand-up reach forklifts and other equipment, with exposure to a cold environment at about 34 degrees.

Shift is 6:00am–6:00pm, Saturday through Monday. Pay is $19.75 per hour plus $0.75 for the ref department, with full-time benefits and opportunities for performance incentives.

Qualifications

• A forklift operator certificate or completion of forklift training within 30 days.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months warehouse experience preferred.
• Six months forklift operation experience.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products using forklifts for ~80% of shift.
• Pull and prepare products for shipment with exact counts.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with proper records.
• Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards for safety.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and battery checks.
• Assist in other duties as assigned.
