Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the United States is hiring a Forklift Operator for first shift. You will move stock within our warehouse using stand-up reach and other forklifts, load and unload shipments, and perform order picking.

The role requires at least six months warehouse experience and forklift operation; you will need to follow OSHA safety practices. Benefits include medical, PTO, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience operating electric pallet jack and stand up reach forklift.
• Previous case picking experience.
• RF Scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products using forklifts or other power equipment 80% of shift.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment ensuring exact quantities.
• Keep inventory records and reports for accuracy.
• Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards.
• Verify load accuracy and report variances.
• Change equipment batteries or LP tanks and monitor power sources.
• Maintain the facility's equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion.
• Assist in physical inventories.
• Complete daily inspection of equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
