Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Material Flow Specialist for our Chino, CA distribution center. The role focuses on safe, accurate, and efficient movement of goods using stand-up, sit-down, and cherry picker forklifts.

You will load/unload trailers, verify material quantities, maintain organized spaces, and assist inventory control. This position requires teamwork, strong communication, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience as a material handler or similar warehouse position.
• Current forklift operator certification (required).
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and compliance standards.
• Ability to lift heavy items and handle physical demands.
• Strong communicator; effective collaborator on a team.
• Detail-focused with dependable organizational habits.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move goods through receiving, storage, and shipping.
• Load/unload trailers with accuracy; verify quantities and condition of materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace while complying with all safety rules.
• Assist inventory control by tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
• Work cross-functionally to improve processes and throughput.
• Complete routine equipment checks and minor upkeep to ensure readiness.
• Attend safety and best-practice trainings to remain up to date.
