Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Huntley, IL is seeking a Reach Forklift Operator. The role pays $19.00/hour, with a Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM schedule and a temp to hire employment path.

This position offers a hands-on opportunity to grow within a fast-paced distribution setting. You will load and unload freight, stock shelving, wrap and stage products, and operate a reach truck while maintaining a clean, safe, organized work area and contributing to a team-oriented

Qualifications

• 1+ year of reach truck experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs consistently.
• Strong attention to safety procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Prior experience in a distribution or warehouse setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight safely and efficiently.
• Stock and organize warehouse shelving units.
• Wrap and stage products for shipment.
• Operate a reach truck to move materials throughout the facility.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
