Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Windsor, CO is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Forklift Operators to join a large, fast-paced facility. You will operate forklifts to load and unload trucks, inspect shipments for accuracy and damage, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

This role follows a rotating 2x2x schedule (2 days on, 2 days off) including weekends and holidays as needed. Background checks are required; training may be provided.

Qualifications

• Prior forklift experience is a plus, but training may be provided.
• Ability to work a 2x2x rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift and move materials in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to load and unload tractor-trailer trucks safely and efficiently.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Stage and organize loads for distribution.
• Process bills of lading and shipping manifests accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
