Express Employment Professionals in Huntley, IL, is seeking a Reach Forklift Operator for a temp-to-hire role in our fast-paced distribution facility. The position offers $19.50 per hour, Monday through Friday, 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, with a supportive team and opportunities to grow.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, stocking shelves, wrapping and staging products, operating a reach truck, and keeping the work area clean.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of reach truck experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs consistently.
• Strong attention to safety procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience in a distribution or warehouse setting preferred.
