Job summary

Allen Distribution is seeking a Reach Forklift Operator in our Operations department. The role reports to the General Manager and is a Full Time, 1st shift position from 6:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Thursday, with overtime when required.

Wage starts at $19.00 per hour plus a $1.50 shift differential where applicable. The operator will load and unload product with power equipment, accurately locate and count items, and maintain safety, quality, and productivity.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain forklift license.
• Ability to use handheld RF scanner device.
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing tasks in a non-climate controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload product using power equipment.
• Safely move, locate, relocate, stack and count product.
• Follow safety SOPs and report equipment issues to supervisor.
• Maintain daily housekeeping and promote teamwork across shifts.
