Job summary

Allen Distribution is seeking a High Reach forklift operator for our Operations team. You will load and unload product using power equipment, accurately move, stack and count goods, and adhere to safety and SOPs while keeping precise inventory records.

The role requires a valid forklift license, ability to operate an RF scanner, and physical endurance to lift up to 50 lbs. Overtime and variable hours may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift license.
• Ability to use handheld RF scan device.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs., sit, stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to twist, stoop, squat and reach above shoulder level.
• Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload product using power equipment.
• Move, locate, relocate, stack and count product.
• Follow safety, SOPs and customer work instructions.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and complete required paperwork.
