Position Purpose

Warehouse associates are essential to our success. They work safely and independently to maintain the flow of products, ensuring quality standards. As a Forklift Operator, you will operate equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks to transport and organize freight efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Locate storage slots, set pallets with forklifts or hand stack, and update product data
• Check incoming freight, transport to freezer, replenish pick slots, and manage stock rotation
• Handle overstocked items, remove damaged pallets, follow safety policies, and perform safety checks
• Ensure work area safety, secure equipment, and complete paperwork at shift end

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
• 6+ months warehouse/distribution experience
• Ability to work scheduled hours and overtime
• Ability to lift 10-90 pounds, stand, walk, reach, and work in multi-temperature environments
• Pass drug test and background check
