Job summary

The Franklin Public School System is seeking an Educational Support Professional to join the REACH program at Lincoln Street K-2 Elementary School. The role supports students with disabilities, providing direct instruction and embedded support under supervision.

You will collaborate with teachers, record data, help with behavioral programming, and participate in ongoing training. Candidates with a two-year degree or ParaPro, prior experience in schools, and CORI/background checks are preferred.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree or ParaPro required for consideration.
• Experience with adolescents in a school setting preferred.
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis principles preferred.
• Ability to pass CORI and CHRI background checks.

Responsibilities

• Aiding in providing academic instruction in collaboration with other team members.
• Assisting in behavioral programming for assigned students in collaboration with other team members.
• Recording data on student progress and outcomes.
• Carrying over learned therapeutic strategies into all environments.
• Using common language and strategies across all environments.
• Working collaboratively with REACH team members.
• Actively participating in on-going training.
