Job summary

Father Bill’s & MainSpring in Southern Massachusetts seeks a Re-Housing Manager to oversee shelter-based services across Housing Resource Centers. You will supervise the Re-Housing team and coordinate with operations, stabilization, and community partners to support rapid exits to housing and needed services.

The role emphasizes leadership, budget awareness, data integrity, and contract reporting in a Housing 1st framework.

Qualifications

• Experience in homelessness services or housing programs.
• Strong people management and coordination skills.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Experience with HMIS/HUD reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of Re-Housing Services with a Housing 1st approach.
• Coordinate housing plans with internal Re-Housing and Stabilization teams and external partners.
• Supervise the Re-Housing staff in the assessment process for shelter diversion or rapid exit.
• Oversee development of guest-centered plans and housing placement with landlords and providers.
• Support implementation of the WORTH program and other Re-Housing initiatives.
• Assist with crisis intervention, coordination, and de-escalation as needed.
