Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with community-based resources.
• Manage CJS transitional housing program.
• Assist program manager in assessing basic resources for Re-Entry clients.
• Monitor individuals’ progress via office visits or calls.
• Collaborate with CJS Case Managers to resolve housing, mental health, and substance issues.
