Catholic Charities Archdiocese of New Orleans seeks a Re-entry Case Manager to provide wrap-around services for clients facing barriers due to a criminal history. You will maintain a caseload, assist clients with accessing benefits, housing, and employment referrals, and coordinate with local partners.
This is an on-site, full-time role requiring a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3–5 years of case management experience, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel within Orleans

The Re-entry Case Manager will provide wrap-around services to support clients who experience barriers due to a criminal history. The goal of this position are to assist moderate to high risk formerly incarcerated individuals, who are returning to St. Tammany and Orleans Parishes, in order to help prevent recidivation.
