AERMOR LLC in Panama City Beach, FL is seeking an RDT&E Technical Support Specialist to provide comprehensive IT hardware and software support for NSWC PCD laboratories. Responsibilities include installing, configuring, and troubleshooting equipment; Tier 1 helpdesk; inventory management; and ensuring network security compliance.

Applicants must have SEC+ and 3 years of experience with Windows, Linux, Mac, and iOS.

Qualifications

3 years of experience and SEC+ certification or equivalent.
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Windows Server, Linux, Mac, and Apple iOS.
Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

Install, reconfigure, upgrade, and replace hardware and software components.
Support Windows and Linux software on compatible hardware.
Troubleshoot and install computers and connect software/hardware to the network per SOPs.
Assist with IT inventory management and network security compliance.
Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support for the RDT&E network.
