You will perform equipment checks, follow OSHA/ANSI procedures, and communicate with supervisors and property managers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in various weather.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
• SPRAT, IRATA, or OSHA certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Candidates must be comfortable working at heights, committed to safety, and capable of performing physically demanding work in various weather conditions.

• Follow all OSHA, ANSI, and company safety procedures.
