Job summary

Millennium-Info-Tech-Inc. is seeking a senior software/DevOps engineer to ensure rapid, reliable releases and to troubleshoot complex issues across broadband platforms. You will work with C/C++, Python, and Linux, leveraging analytics tools like ELK, Grafana, and Splunk, and you will guide data-driven decisions using AWS services.

You will mentor junior engineers, lead technical discussions, and help shape DevOps tooling to improve efficiency and reliability across devices and networks.

Qualifications

• Experience with C/C++, Python, and Linux in a software engineering context.
• Proficient with log management and analysis tools such as Elastic Stack (ELK), Splunk and Grafana for monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and high-quality software releases across diverse devices by proactively monitoring metrics and alerting systems.
• Troubleshoot end-to-end issues in broadband devices across multiple RDK components (WiFi/Mesh, DOCSIS, Fiber, LTE).
• Perform root-cause analysis on Linux-based systems and networking protocols; conduct packet capture analysis.
• Design and enhance operational tools and DevOps solutions to optimize performance.
• Leverage AWS technologies (S3, Athena, QuickSight) to analyze data from field devices and drive insights.
• Develop anomaly detection and data-driven solutions to preemptively resolve system issues.
