BRISTOL PARK DENTAL ASSOCIATES, PLC in Vermont is seeking a compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our modern, technology-driven practice. We offer flexible schedules—full-time, part-time, or per-diem—and pay $60 per hour with unlimited production earning.

You will perform prophylaxis, root planing, radiographs, patient education, and maintain records with Dentrix Ascend, while upholding HIPAA and infection-control standards.

Qualifications

• Current Vermont Dental Hygienist license (or eligibility for licensure).
• Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and dental office procedures.
• Experience with Dentrix Ascend preferred.
• Strong understanding of dental terminology, anatomy, and patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, and polishing.
• Conduct patient assessments and document findings.
• Educate patients on oral health, hygiene, and preventive care.
• Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as permitted by state regulations.
• Take and interpret dental radiographs.
• Assist dentists with patient care and treatment planning.
• Maintain accurate patient records using electronic dental software.
• Adhere to infection control and sterilization protocols.
