Job summary

New Day Dentistry in Colorado is seeking a dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join a growing team. Flexible scheduling supports either part-time or full-time, with traditional hygiene or accelerated assisted hygiene models and dedicated assistant support.

Compensation is structured with hourly base plus bonuses or production-based pay. Full-time benefits include health insurance, 401(k), PTO, sick leave, holidays, and quarterly bonuses. CPR/BLS and CO RDH license are required.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and patient-centered approach.
• Active Colorado RDH license is required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Ability to adapt to either single-column schedules or assisted-hygiene environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental prophylaxis and periodontal scaling/root planing.
• Assess patients for oral cancer, periodontal disease, and other dental conditions.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and home-care products.
• Maintain compliance with infection control and OSHA/HIPAA standards.
• Charting and radiographs.
