Job summary

Bristol Park Dental Associates, PLC in Vermont is seeking a compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join a patient-focused, technology-driven practice.

We offer flexible scheduling with full-time, part-time, or per-diem opportunities, pay at $60 per hour plus unlimited production earnings, relocation assistance for qualified candidates, medical insurance, 401(k) with employer contributions, and generous PTO/paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Current Vermont Dental Hygienist license or eligible for licensure.
• Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and dental office procedures.
• Experience with Dentrix Ascend preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, and polishing.
• Conduct patient assessments and document findings.
• Educate patients on oral health, hygiene, and preventive care.
• Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as permitted by state regulations.
• Take and interpret dental radiographs.
• Assist dentists with patient care and treatment planning.
• Maintain accurate patient records using electronic dental software.
• Adhere to infection control and sterilization protocols.
