West Coast Dental seeks a Registered Dental Hygienist to join a fast-growing Southern California practice. The role offers high-end hourly pay with potential bonuses and a strong patient base across all payor types.

The practice provides general, specialty and orthodontic services with advanced tools and a supportive team culture. Applicants should have a hygiene degree and state license, be oriented toward exceptional patient care, and willing to work full-time or part-time across multiple

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients to promote trust and the optimal patient experience.

• Explain PPO, HMO and other dental plans to help patients maximize benefits.
• Address patient concerns and provide comfort regarding treatment.

$50-$65 per hour plus commission
(Competitive Hourly Compensation plus bonus)

Your Responsibilities Include

• Great interaction with patients to promote trust and the optimal patient experience.
• Collaborating with an entire office team, from the dentists to the receptionists, to promote trust, connection and relationships with patients and one-another.
• Learning how PPO, HMO, and other dental plans work and providing guidance to patients to optimize their benefits.
• Proactively addressing patient concerns and providing insight and comfort to patients with regard to their dental treatment
