Job summary

West Coast Dental in Southern California is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join a growth-focused, high-performance team. The role offers a guaranteed base with bonuses for strong performance and a large, diverse patient base across general, specialty, and orthodontic services.

We provide growth through training, company-sponsored CE, and solid back-office support. Expect state-of-the-art facilities, a collaborative team, and exceptional patient experience across multiple offices.

Responsibilities

• Great interaction with patients to promote trust and the optimal patient experience.
• Collaborating with an entire office team to promote trust, connection and relationships with patients.
• Learning how PPO, HMO, and other dental plans work and providing guidance to patients to optimize their benefits.
• Proactively addressing patient concerns and providing insight and comfort regarding their dental treatment.

$50-$65 per hour plus commission (Competitive Hourly Compensation plus bonus)
