Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RDH licensure in Missouri with infiltration and block anesthesia permits.
• Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene required.
• 3–5 years clinical hygiene experience with nitrous oxide permit.
• Experience in pediatric or community health settings preferred.
• Ability to educate patients and interact with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical dental hygiene procedures following Missouri Dental Practice Act.
• Administer local anesthesia and take radiographs.
• Maintain patient records in electronic health records.
• Sterilize instruments, restock treatment areas and manage supplies.
• Lead and mentor students in clinical settings.
• Oversee patient flow during oral health screenings.
• Educate patients, parents, and school personnel on oral health.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
