Job summary

Dal-Tile Corp. is seeking an RDC Trainer to deliver on-the-job training (OJT) for new hires and tenured staff on PIT equipment and safety practices. The role focuses on coaching, observing on the warehouse floor, and ensuring compliance with procedures.

The trainer will work flexible shifts, support RDC/PDC facilities as needed, and collaborate with Team Leads and HR to tailor training plans and assess skill development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 5+ distribution/warehouse experience.
• Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Tailors training materials and provides direction to trainees.
• Assess, coach, train, and certify team members on Powered Industrial Equipment usage and safety.
• Lead and participate in OJT training in warehouse/logistics environments.
• Coordinate with Team Leads, Supervisors, and HR to identify training needs.
• Develop teaching aids and oversee testing and evaluation procedures.
