Dal-Tile in Sunnyvale, Texas is seeking an RDC Trainer to develop training materials and coach team members on PIT equipment and safety. The role focuses on on-the-job training, observing and evaluating performance on the warehouse floor, and supporting new hires and tenured staff with practical skill development.

The position requires a high school diploma and 5+ years in distribution/warehouse work, with strong communication and documentation abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ distribution/warehouse experience; familiarity with standard concepts and procedures.
• Good oral and written communication; ability to understand basic English.

Responsabilités

• Tailors training materials and provides direction to trainees.
• Coach, train, and certify team members on Powered Industrial Equipment and safety aspects.
• Lead OJT training in warehouse/logistics environments.
• Collaborate with Team Leads, Supervisors, HR to identify training needs.
• Develop teaching aids and assess trainee progress; conduct testing/evaluation.
• Provide new hire orientation and on-the-floor coaching.
