Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in distribution center operations.
• Proficient with Excel, Access or Lowe’s DMS.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Work safely while performing tasks and using equipment.
• Respond to store questions about shipments and delivery dates.
• Prepare labels for picked products and manage label distribution.
• Create receiving schedules and PO packets for receiving ops.
• Allocate inventory to shipments and monitor orders to meet target dates.
• Communicate inventory discrepancies to stores.
• Prepare shift turnover documentation.
• Handle non-stock demand and special requests.
• Maintain printers (labels, toner, jams).
