Job summary

ABB is seeking a results-driven professional to support technical, order, and payment-related inquiries. The role coordinates with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to resolve issues, improve customer satisfaction, and provide end-to-end service from quotes to invoicing.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in CS, business, or related field with 5+ years of experience or an associate’s/HS diploma with 8+ years. Onsite in Lancaster, TX with English fluency and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field and 5+ years of relevant experience or Associate's Degree/HS Diploma and 8+ years of relevant experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Customer Service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring resolution of customer issues by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other teams.
• Recommending solutions for customer requests and coordinating end-to-end handling (production capability, scheduling, resourcing, quotes, price lists, invoice).
• Keeping customers informed on issue status and clarifying doubts.
• Preparing and analyzing regular statistics (e.g., forecast) and tracking sales performance against targets.
