Grimes Dentistry in Lubbock, TX is seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant to support a new periodontist and help grow clinical services. The role includes chair side assistance, patient prep, and maintaining clean, organized treatment areas.

The RDA will assist periodontal and surgical procedures, keep accurate clinical documentation, and follow infection-control standards while collaborating with the doctor and clinical team to provide compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RDA license required.
• Experience with surgical assisting preferred.
• Knowledge of sterilization and infection-control procedures.

Responsibilities
