Job summary

Job description

Responsibilities

• Analyze inline defect signals, process flows, and tool behavior to detect anomalies
• Quarantine and escape out‑of‑control process tools
• Drive continuous improvement through data‑driven problem solving
• Implement and refine inspection strategies to enable earlier defect detection
• Partner with global teams to align methods and share best practice
• Work with new inspection tools and strategies to drive toward earlier detection of problems and identify the sources

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + 3 years semiconductor manufacturing, RDA, or metrology experience in a 300mm fab
• Experience using data analytics, scripting, or programming for process optimization
• Ability to manage complex quality programs and collaborate across global teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree + 1 year or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science
• Experience with advanced metrology and defect detection methodologies
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
• Experience with root‑cause analysis, data manipulation, and correlation techniques
