Job summary

Ampla Health is seeking a skilled Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to support our dental team in delivering high-quality patient care. This full-time position requires performing clinical duties under supervision in accordance with California regulations.

You will assist with exams, charting, sealants, x-rays, and chairside support. Qualifications include a valid California RDA license, current CPR and X-ray certifications, and strong communication and manual dexterity.

Qualifications

• Valid California RDA license.
• Current CPR card.

• Strong communication and patient service skills.
• High manual dexterity and stamina for clinical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with exams, charting, and basic dental procedures.
• Perform coronal polishing and sealant placement (if certified).
• Place and remove temporary dressings, post-op dressings, and periodontal packs.
• Take x-rays, perform pulp testing, and size crowns/bands.
• Maintain patient comfort and support dental providers chairside.
• Travel to other clinic locations as needed.
