Roseville Modern Dentistry is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in Roseville, CA. The role supports the dentist in delivering optimal care, using x-ray time effectively, and educating patients with intra-oral visuals.

The ideal candidate brings a high school diploma or GED with required state certifications. Join a team focused on quality treatment, infection control, and patient-centered service.

Qualificações

• Equivalent to high school diploma or GED and state mandated certification/licensure
• Certifications/licenses/registrations as mandated by applicable state (e.g. coronal polish, radiograph exposure)
• Associate degree or one-year certificate from an accredited college or technical school; or equivalent education/experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Assist dentist to gain patient commitment for best possible treatment with urgency
• Participate in Perfect Patient Experience by focusing on patient needs
• Maintain a clean, sterile environment and prepare patients for treatment
• Take x-rays and intra-oral pictures as directed by the dentist
• Instruct patients on postoperative and general oral health care
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and operatories per ADA guidelines
• Ensure compliance with State, Federal and other regulations (OSHA, HIPAA, ADA, etc.)
