Job summary
Cosmetic Dentistry of Hayward in Hayward, CA is seeking a dedicated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. You will assist dentists, prep rooms, take X-rays, and help provide exceptional patient care in a patient-centric practice.

Qualifications
- Valid California RDA license or Dental Assisting certificate (RDA preferred).
- Current California Radiation Safety (X-ray) certification and active BLS/CPR certification.
- Previous clinical dental assisting experience preferred; knowledge of general dentistry, restorative, and surgical assisting a plus.
Responsibilities
- Chairside assisting during exams, restorations, cosmetics, periodontal therapy, and surgeries.
- Greet patients, review health histories, prepare treatment rooms, and assist with comfort.
- Take high-quality dental X-rays as ordered by the doctor.
- Maintain infection control, sterilize instruments, and organize equipment.
- Update patient records, document treatment notes, and assist with lab case tracking.
