Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to support the Castle Dental team in Murfreesboro, TN. The role involves assisting the dentist, taking dental X-rays, sterilizing rooms, and educating patients while maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate holds an RDA credential, radiology certification, CPR/BLS, and strong communication skills to ensure patient comfort and care. Schedule includes M, W, Th, F 8-5 and Tue 9-6 with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive

Competenze

• RDA – required.
• Dental Radiology (X-Ray) certification required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain before start date).
• Knowledge of dental terminology and infection control standards.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset.

Mansioni

• Assist the dentist during exams and procedures, ensuring efficiency and patient comfort.
• Take and develop dental X-rays as needed.
• Sterilize and prepare instruments and treatment rooms following infection control protocols.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and dental procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update charts.
