Swish Dental in Bee Cave, TX is seeking a qualified Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team and support dental procedures, radiographs, and patient care.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a dental assisting certificate, and Texas RDA license after 1+ years of certification, along with CPR/BLS certification. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certificate of Completion from a Dental Assisting Course required.
• Texas RDA License required after 1+ years of certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Perform dental radiographs (x-rays) and scans.
• Document baseline patient information.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments, equipment, and patient rooms.
• Provide exceptional patient care throughout their visit.
• Take impressions of patients’ teeth.
• Communicate effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain a "team first" and "patient first" mentality.
• Continuously increase dentistry knowledge and job skills.
• Adhere by State, Federal, and local compliance standards.
