Job summary

IQ Dental Group - Lake Forest in Lake Forest, CA is seeking a dedicated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Dental Assistant to join our general dentistry practice. The role supports the dental team to provide an exceptional patient experience and welcomes candidates with 1+ years of experience.

Responsibilities include assisting dentists during procedures, preparing rooms, taking and developing x-rays, educating patients, maintaining records, and helping with scheduling.

Qualifications

Assist dentists during a range of dental procedures (restorative, preventative, surgical).
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments per protocol.
Take and develop dental X-rays and manage patient records.
Educate patients on oral care and post-operative instructions.
Strong communication and teamwork skills; bilingual in Chinese and/or Spanish a plus.
