Job summary

IQ Dental Group - Lake Forest is seeking a dedicated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Dental Assistant to join our general dentistry practice in Lake Forest, CA. The role supports the dental team to ensure an exceptional patient experience and welcomes candidates at all experience levels.

The position offers a competitive pay of $22–$29 per hour with potential bilingual bonuses. Typical schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm, in a modern, patient-focused office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with current X-ray certification.
• BLS certification required.
• Proficiency with Open Dental software.
• Experience in general dentistry setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during a variety of treatment procedures in general dentistry.
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to protocols.
• Take and develop dental x-rays.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage appointment scheduling.
