Job summary

Spring Creek Healthcare Center seeks a Registered Dietitian to assess nutrition needs and design personalized meal plans for a diverse patient population at our Perth Amboy, NJ facility. You will work closely with the care team to ensure optimal nutrition and hydration and educate patients and families on healthy eating habits.

You will maintain detailed diet records and participate in Quality Improvement initiatives to support high-quality patient care and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or related field.
• Registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)

As a Dietitian, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our diverse patient population, including our dedicated Hispanic Program, Mi Hogar.

About the Role

As a Dietitian at Spring Creek Healthcare Center, you will be responsible for:
