Job summary

The General Hospital Corporation Mass General Brigham is seeking a Training and Policy Coordinator to manage the Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR) training program and keep the Research Compliance portfolio up to date.

Responsibilities include coordinating training dates, tracking completion, producing leadership reports, and maintaining the training web page with updated policies in response to regulatory changes. Hybrid work arrangement with onsite requirements as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field required.
• 3+ years of healthcare or regulatory experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with a broad population.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training dates, registrations, and speaker assignments for RCR training.
• Track compliance with training requirements and issue certificates of completion.
• Provide reports to the Chief Research Compliance Officer and leadership as requested.
• Maintain compliance information on the web page and update training decks as needed.
• Review regulatory changes and update policies for compliance.
