Description

GI Alliance is seeking an experienced RCM Senior Analyst. This position will work with patients on Pacific Standard and Mountain Standard Time.

The duties of this position include, but are not limited to:

Position Purpose

An RCM Senior Analyst supports their functional area as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), primarily focused on Tier 3 workflows, special projects, and training support.

Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks
  • May be assigned designated workflows or serve as a floater across team workflows to ensure service levels are maintained.
  • May be assigned Tier 3 workflows requiring higher expertise or for internal controls.
  • Support vendor escalations, exceptions, and general workflows.
  • Perform end-user testing of process and technology enhancements.
  • Support training of staff and update process documentation as needed.
  • Facilitate new acquisitions/integrations into standard workflows.
  • Work on special projects as assigned.
  • Respond to issues raised internally and externally in a timely manner.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and coordinate resolutions, escalating when necessary.
  • Coordinate with other members of the Central Billing Office.
  • Maintain privacy and confidentiality per policy and HIPAA regulations.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: 2-4 years of physician RCM billing experience.

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements
