Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on Revenue Cycle Management experience.
• Experience with billing, A/R follow-up, and denial resolution.
• High attention to detail and accurate audit documentation.
• Effective communicator with offshore and onshore stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting; Advantx and SIS knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform audits on revenue cycle tasks to ensure accuracy and policy adherence.
• Participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly audit cycles.
• Document audit findings and maintain accuracy scores in tracking tools.
• Collaborate with managers to route and deliver feedback to teams.
• Contribute to QA scorecards and define audit metrics over time.
• Stay current on RCM processes and related systems.
• Support training by identifying knowledge gaps and recurring issues.
• Beta test or onboard future QA tools (Kaleidoscope, Advantx).
