Chugach Government Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) Manager for a position at Moffett Field, California. Qualifications

• Level II vibration analysis and thermography certification.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with CMMS systems (MAXIMO).
• Familiar with RCM and related methods (RCA, FMEA, PM optimization).
• Knowledge of precision balancing, laser alignment, tribology.
• CMRP certification.
• Govt contract experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and administer the Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) program in line with contract requirements.
• Evaluate facility assets and determine equipment criticality to support mission priorities.
• Develop preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance strategies.
• Analyze equipment performance, maintenance history, and reliability trends.
• Perform RCA, FMEA, and reliability assessments for recurring failures.
• Coordinate maintenance initiatives with Engineering, Operations, Utilities, and Facilities teams.
• Support CMMS asset data, preventive maintenance schedules, and documentation.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare reports for Government review.
• Recommend modifications to procedures based on reliability analyses.
• Support planning and scheduling for preventive and predictive programs.
• Participate in inspections and engineering evaluations.
