Adentris (Y Combinator) is building an AI-powered revenue integrity platform and a services arm for BH/SUD providers. We seek a founder-like leader to design an end‑to‑end RCM service, map billing processes, and define automation requirements.

You will own service delivery, then hire and scale the team while collaborating with the founders on acquisitions. You'll report to the Chief Product Officer and accelerate a live customer engagement, delivering baseline metrics and an evaluative framework

Qualifications

• 5+ years in BH/SUD industry in founder, CEO, or senior operating roles.
• Deep command of the SUD revenue cycle: verifications, authorizations, coding, denials, collections.
• Built or led RCM operations with documented processes and requirements.
• Hired and led high-performing billing teams.
• Experience with M&A or post-acquisition integration preferred.

Responsabilités

• Define the operating model and roadmap for Adentris automated RCM services.
• Translate billing expertise into process maps, workflows, and product specs.
• Deliver end-to-end service delivery, SOPs, staffing models, dashboards.
• Oversee credentialing for Medicaid and Medicare clients.
• Lead billing operations, implementation and account management teams.
