Job summary

Adentris (Y Combinator) is building an AI-powered revenue integrity and compliance platform for BH/SUD providers and expanding into RCM services. You will design the service delivery model, map billing processes, and create automation specs, then scale the team and work with founders on acquisitions.

You will own end-to-end service delivery, credentialing for clients, and drive executive-level sales conversations with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading BH/SUD billing or RCM operations in a startup or early-stage company.
• Ability to translate billing опыт into product specs and automation.
• Proven track record building delivery models, SOPs, and dashboards.
