Ensora Health, a leading software and services provider for mental health clinicians, seeks an experienced RCM Specialist II to manage accounts, resolve complex billing issues, and drive positive financial outcomes. You will collaborate with clinicians, practice owners, and customers to optimize revenue cycle processes and improve service delivery.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 1 year of medical billing or revenue cycle experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or client-facing experience.
• Strong understanding of insurance billing and therapy reimbursement processes.

Responsabilidades

• Submit, review, correct, and process denied, rejected, and unpaid claims with emphasis on accuracy.
• Research and resolve claim issues by identifying root causes and solutions.
• Prioritize and manage high-volume workload by age, complexity, and impact.
• Own accounts receivable for assigned accounts with analytics and reviews.
• Collaborate with clinicians and customers for proactive account management.
