Job summary

ADM is seeking an RCM Lead in Decatur, IL to drive reliability, asset management, and proactive maintenance across the Decatur Corn Plant. You will lead a team, champion enterprise asset management adoption, and align budgets with performance excellence.

You will apply knowledge to optimize physical assets, develop and implement maintenance strategies, and mentor staff while leading continuous improvement initiatives. This onsite role offers a competitive package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
Electrical or mechanical experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment
5+ years’ experience managing direct reports
Proficient in predictive and preventive maintenance
Knowledge of RCA, Cause & Effect or FMEA methodologies
Lead multifunctional teams
Strong project management skills
Excellent English written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

Deploy the equipment reliability strategy and ensure it is integrated with Performance Excellence
Align NDE budgets with strategic direction
Develop asset management strategy aligned with business needs
Support maintenance team to optimize resources for efficiency
Provide technical support to plant maintenance
Use CMMS for planning, scheduling, and execution
Lead Losses to Action projects to reduce downtime
Coach and develop direct reports quarterly
Drive location maturity assessments and action items
Serve as main point of contact for RCM initiatives at scope area
