Equiliem is seeking an ITQA Lead for the athenaIDX Revenue Cycle Program in a senior, hands‑on quality assurance role. You will oversee end‑to‑end testing across HPA, BAR, and related systems, mentor QA analysts, and coordinate cross‑functional test cycles with IT, Compliance, and Revenue Cycle teams.

The role requires deep revenue cycle knowledge, testing expertise, and the ability to lead complex QA efforts in oncology‑driven environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare IT with QA/testing expertise.
• Extensive hands-on experience with athenaIDX HPA and BAR.
• Strong understanding of charge capture, coding workflows, hospital billing, and AR processes.
• Proven experience leading system integration and end-to-end testing in large healthcare organizations.
• Oncology or academic medical center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end QA oversight for athenaIDX integrations with upstream and downstream systems.
• Lead SIT, E2E, and regression testing; validate data integrity across records.
• Verify audit trails, regulatory compliance, and upgrade readiness.
• Coordinate cross-functional test cycles with IT, Revenue Cycle, Compliance, and Vendors.
• Mentor QA analysts and set testing standards for the program.
• Drive remediation of defects and ensure timely sign-off for releases.
