Job summary

Cherokee Federal seeks a Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Maintenance Developer to perform RCMA and MPC development for USCG HM&E systems. The role requires an active SECRET clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one.

Responsibilities include completing RCMA to MIL-STD-3034, developing MRL/LOEP/MIPs, and creating MPCs, with support to CG-22 and participation in meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance planning/analysis or related activities.
• 6 years of experience in USCG or DoD HM&E maintenance development.
• Ability to pass a background investigation and obtain CAC for USCG IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Complete RCMA in accordance with MIL-STD-3034.
• Develop MRL, LOEP and MIPs as directed by USCG.
• Develop HM&E MPCs per Coast Guard processes and guides.
• Support CG-22 RCMA, MPC development and updates.
• Attend meetings and conferences.
