Job summary

Leap is hiring an RCM Analyst to join our Revenue Cycle Management team, reporting to the Sr. Manager, RCM. You will own the day-to-day billing, ensuring infusion treatments are billed accurately and on time.

We pair AI-assisted invoice review with careful human validation, and plan for growth that will expand our billing volume several-fold in 2027. This role suits a detail-focused billing professional who thrives in a high-volume environment and wants to grow with a fast-moving healthcare

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in medical billing, claims processing or revenue cycle.
• Working knowledge of HCPCS (especially J-codes), CPT and ICD-10
• Strong attention to detail across high-volume, repetitive work
• Comfort with spreadsheets and learning new tools quickly
• Clear written communication and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines on your own

Responsibilities

• Ingest nursing and pharmacy invoices, review them in an AI-assisted billing platform, and resolve discrepancies with vendors
• Build and submit clean claims to payers and TPAs accurately and on time
• Post payments, including ERA/EOB reconciliation, and help close each month's billing
• Keep treatment details, HCPCS/CPT codes and encounter information accurate in billing trackers and systems
• Work with our clinical and care teams to fill in missing information before submission deadlines
• Flag trends, errors and process gaps to the RCM lead to help us automate and scale
