Job summary

AdventHealth Littleton is seeking a Cardiovascular Lab Specialist to support diagnostic and interventional procedures in the cath lab. The role requires RCIS/RCES/ARRT credentials, strong patient care, and documentation skills. The shift is day-time at a Colorado facility.

You will assist physicians in complex cardiovascular procedures and contribute to patient status evaluation and continuity of care. Upon hire, you gain access to AdventHealth benefits and professional development resources.

Qualifications

• Experience in cardiovascular settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adjusts approach based on patient and family understanding of test procedures and troubleshoots equipment malfunctions or patient issues.
• Prioritizes clinical and administrative work independently and identify process improvements.
• Assists physicians in performing specialized cardiovascular procedures, including diagnostic and interventional catheterization, pacemaker/defibrillator implantation, intra-aortic balloon pump operation, and electrophysiology studies.
• Evaluates and documents patient status, responding appropriately to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Demonstrates clinical expertise, competence, and proficiency in all job responsibilities.
