United Electric Company, Inc. is seeking a Teledata Project Manager in Cincinnati, OH to lead telecommunications, low-voltage, and structured cabling projects from conception to closeout. A mandatory RCDD certification ensures designs comply with industry standards and client specs.

Qualifications

• Active RCDD certification via BICSI is required.
• Minimum of 5–8+ years of hands-on project management experience in telecommunications or structured cabling.
• Deep technical knowledge of copper and fiber optic systems, pathways, and data center environments.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Microsoft Project/Smartsheet, and familiarity with CAD tools or blueprint software.
• Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and written/verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design review: read blueprints and diagrams; validate cabling designs against standards.
• Lifecycle management: direct day-to-day project workflows to stay on schedule and within scope.
• Financial & resource management: build budgets, track costs, manage change orders and RFIs, process billings.
• Stakeholder coordination: lead meetings with clients, general contractors, architects, IT staff, and field technicians.
• Quality & safety: enforce safety policies and oversee testing, inspection, and commissioning docs.
