Heartland Behavior is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in their homes and community settings. The role focuses on delivering one-on-one ABA services, implementing skill-building plans, and tracking progress under supervision.

Training is provided and you will join a collaborative clinical team focused on client outcomes. Ideal candidates are patient, compassionate, and eager to learn, with RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Willingness to complete required training and ongoing supervision.

Responsibilities
